There was a time in my life when everything looked like it had fallen apart.

I had lost my partner.
I had lost my home.
And if I’m honest… I felt like I had lost myself.

On the outside, I was still functioning.
Still trying to move forward.
Still doing what I thought I should be doing.

But inside…

I had no real sense of direction.

I didn’t know who I was anymore…
or where I was going.

And what I slowly began to realise was this:

It wasn’t just that I needed a new plan.
